noun
1. the set of shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices that characterizes an institution or organization
At a career crossroads, I had a critical dream. In it, an ox pulled me through what was an incredibly trying and agonizing circumstance. Upon waking, I remembered that I was born in the Year of the Ox, and that I had nothing to fear, so long as I remained in good company. This vision inspired me to assume all of the ox-like qualities I’d always carried, putting them to practical use for the good of the small business world.
I can’t help but to get fired up over a brilliant idea, a grand event, or a unique business culture. More than anything, I love to build upon what is already good, and make it into something GREAT. That desire is the founding purpose this company is driven by. Shouldering the burden of marketing small businesses, by focusing, trouble-shooting, and promoting, promoting, promoting! I have a fun job, surrounding myself daily with amazing people I respect and admire. This is where I draw my inspiration, and that is good news for you, the small business owner.
